Contemporary dance is a dance discipline based on classical dance and influences of modern and postmodern dance. Although it includes the movements of the classical dance, the contemporary one includes others that were born to break them, such as the twists and twists of the back, so that the shoulders were not parallel to the hips; the parallel positions of the legs, or even with the knees inwards; the incorporation of silences or movements in appearance not contained, which give the impression that the dancer is released.
We will also work on improvisation: Explore movement within the engagement of the whole body using imagination and perception. We work with coordination and improvisation tasks to awaken new possibilities of movement and expression. The game is an important constant to use creativity and find new patterns. We use bodywork not only to improve our mechanical possibilities, but to understand what our own patterns are and how we can break them to find new ones.
