The West Coast Swing is an emerging dance in Spain that has its origin on the west slope of the United States and is a derivative of lindy hop. Its growing popularity is due to the fact that it is possible to dance it with all the current music you listen to on the radio and discos.
Some dancers never agreed to follow the rules to the letter. It’s not that Lindy Hop is especially strict, but there are always those who want more freedom to improvise. It is here where the West Coast Swing is born, a variant of the Lindy, more free and elastic movement.
