They will propose the possible makeup days according to the class being made up and available space in the dance rooms. Students may only make up missed classes within the same trimester, the classes are not saved for the next trimester.
220.127.116.11. If the student cannot come to class, it is essential to advise the professor with a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that they may make up the class. If they advise the professor of an absence less than 24 hours before class, they may not reclaim the refund nor the restitution of the missed class, but they will not be penalized (read section on penalties 7.3.4)
The makeups will be held in pairs in case the missed classes were in pairs. It can be the regular pair or another student of the school that is enrolled in the same style of dance and is in the same level or higher as the class they are attending with the makeup student.

In the case that the student would profit in the purchase of their courses through some discount by accumulation of courses in the same trimester or other acummulative discounts, the amount reimbursed will always be the smallest amount independently of whichever course had been requested in the original purchase. The refund will be given in cash in the same school where the STUDENT will accredit themselves with the DNI.
